Registration is now open for the following courses:
- Exploring Theology (Level 3): an introductory programme of 30 weekly in-person sessions, with an online learning platform and support for anyone who wants to grow in their formal learning skills (like writing and research). The course lasts 1 year and no qualifications are necessary to join. It’s open to anyone wishing to go deeper in knowing more about God’s truth in a comfortable, friendly environment. We cover all the basic principles of Theology so you can complete the programme with a good basic understanding of theology, being equipped to speak into your context. This course is especially suitable for those exploring their Christian calling.
- Certificate in Christian Theology and Ministry (Level 4): a training programme for those involved in a Christian Ministry (e.g. Sunday School Leader) and those training for Licenced Lay Ministry (e.g. Lay Preacher). The course last 1 year and is open to those who have completed Exploring Theology or able to show evidence of equivalent prior learning. Candidates must be involved in a recognised Christian ministry. Candidates for Licenced Lay Ministries must show evidence of denominational support for this training (e.g. Letter from the Bishop).
- Diploma in Christian Theology and Ministry (Level 5): a training programme for those preparing for Ordination. The course lasts 1 year and is open to those who have successfully completed the Certificate in Christian Theology and Ministry. Candidates must show evidence of denominational selection to train for an ordained ministry (e.g. priest/pastor). Evidence of prior learning will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
All courses are open to all Trinitarian Christian denominations.
